No Major Changes, but needs walk-checking.
The morning section of the route (which is very pretty) need to be walk-checked as it passes through a wood which has changed due to felling etc. You should have no problems following the instructions however and reaching the lunchtime pub. The lunchtime pub (The Red Lion, Fenhurst)is rather unfriendly. After lunch, you could follow the afternoon of the Haslemere Circular walk (which lunches at the same pub). Its a hillier ending but much nicer. There are several nice pubs in Haslemere. |

| green | Feb-03 | 48 | col 1, last para | The right-hand path is wide and sunken. | |
| green | Feb-03 | 48 | col 2, para 6 | returns the other way - this is a long leftward downhill turn. The 2-armed footpath sign now has one arm broken off and is leaning. All around here has been completely coppiced. In 150 metres at the T-junction at the bottom, follow the 3-armed footpath sign left. | |
| green | Feb-03 | 50 | col 1, para 2 | you come to the edge of a wood - this wood has also been felled so all around here is open land with lying logs. | |
| green | Feb-03 | 50 | col 2, para 4 | 1 metre beyond the stile go right - this path can be boggy and difficult. By staying on the previous path a few metres further you can reach another clearer right turn which is an easier route down to the same road. | |
| green | Feb-03 | 51 | col 1, para 1 | The wooden barrier no longer has a stile next to it, just a gap. | |
| green | Feb-03 | 51 | col 1, para 5 | In 80 m at the crossing of paths - this junction is now marked by a zero-armed post with yellow arrows on it. | |
| green | Feb-03 | 51 | col 2 | [!], the steeply uphill path has suffered a large Beech tree fall across it which you will need to clamber over. | |
| green | Feb-03 | 51 | col 1 | Just before [11], you cross an extensive boggy, muddy area. There is a rough stepping route made of temporary bric a brac to keep out of the mud here. | |
| green | Feb-03 | 52 | col 1, long para 4 | The italics 40 m before a building - there is also a fence across here. Currently the path is as described. However council notices advertise a possible diversion, which might take effect in a few weeks time. |
