The Test Way is very muddy at present, and was fairly heavy going (though, really, this walk is very long for this time of year). The directions seemed particularly wordy for this walk. Swan Inn had very good food and ales.

The last bus from Shalbourne now runs at about 2.30pm, so that's not very good for shortening the walk. The Test Way is very muddy at present, and was fairly heavy going (though, really, this walk is very long for this time of year).

The directions seemed particularly wordy for this walk.

Swan Inn had very good food and ales.
