The source of this table is the Marilyn's, a list of the relatively highest hills (i.e. hills with a big drop on all sides compared to the surrounding land, not their absolute height). A walker describes their ascent here.

9 of the 15 hills have no walks going near their summits, so inspiration for new walks?

Some very obvious viewpoints are missed, for example Beachy Head (because its in the same "hill" as Wilmington Hill, which is higher).
