10 Day Forecast for Holmwood

Page loading ...

Largely dry Thursday, but turning windy, with rain overnight.

Today:

A dry, and fine start, although one or two outbreaks of rain are possible across northern parts during the morning. Some warm bright spells are likely through the day, however winds will also gradually strengthen, especially along English Channel coasts. Maximum Temperature 22C.

Tonight:

Windy, with rain spreading east overnight. A spell of heavier rain and strong blustery winds then likely after midnight, before clearing to drier, but still windy conditions by dawn. Minimum Temperature 10C.

Friday:

A blustery day, with the odd shower and strong westerly winds. Some sunny spells are likely between the showers, however it will be feeling rather cool. Maximum Temperature 17C.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:

Mostly dry but increasingly cloudy Saturday, although some rain possible along the south coast. Rain and strong winds likely Sunday. These easing to sunny spells Monday, but feeling rather cool.

Day 6 to 15

Strong winds may persist in the far east or northeast on Monday morning, but otherwise a much quieter spell of weather is expected during Monday and Tuesday with a good deal of dry and bright weather across the UK. It is likely to be cool overnight with frost possible in some prone areas and fog is also expected in places. Despite some sunshine by day temperatures will overall be fairly cool. Through the rest of this period any wet and windy weather is likely to be confined to the northwest with drier, brighter conditions expected across the southeast which are likely to extend to all areas at times. There will still be some cool nights but by day temperatures may well be warm.

Day 16 to 30

Settled conditions are expected to dominate across much of the UK through the beginning of this period, bringing a good deal of dry and bright weather with any brief wet and windy spells likely to be confined to the northwest of the UK. Increasingly long nights gives a greater risk of patches of fog forming overnight and some places may also see some frost. Despite chilly nights, any sunshine by day will give a rather warm feel. Later on in this period there is considerable uncertainty in the forecast with a chance that some more unsettled weather may become established again.
