This is a wonderful walk from Barton-on-Sea to Lymington via Hurst Castle. The walks is from the Saturday Walkers Club website. I did the walk in reverse. Here's a link to the site. https://www.walkingclub.org.uk/walk/lymington-to-barton-on-sea/
The Hurst castle bit is an extra detour. The ferry costs £5.
